15-Day Return Policy
We operate a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be approved for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bily@bilykids.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your products as soon as you receive them. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as discounted products or gift cards. If you have questions about specific products, please contact us.

Exchanges
The best way to quickly receive the desired item is to return the item you currently have and purchase the new item separately after the return is approved.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time due to processing and posting times from your bank or credit card company. If it has been 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at bily@bilykids.com.
