For orders over $100 USD: Free DHL Express shipping for all orders (approximately 3 business days after dispatch)
For orders under $100 USD: DHL Express shipping fees apply depending on the region (approximately 3 business days after dispatch)

International Shipping:
Our warehouse processes shipments from South Korea. When purchasing from countries outside of South Korea (e.g., the United States and Canada), you may be required to pay customs duties for your order. Please check in advance for any additional costs that may arise when receiving your goods. Refunds will not be provided if you refuse to receive the package due to customs fees.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We strive to ship your items within 2 business days after receiving your order. Orders are shipped on business days, and orders received on weekends will be packaged and shipped the following Monday. We appreciate your understanding as our team works quickly to dispatch orders. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to shipping address errors. Please check in advance for any additional costs that may arise when receiving your goods. If you wish to avoid customs duties or if the package is returned due to incorrect address information or failed pickup at the courier, a refund will be processed after deducting $60 USD from the original order amount to cover handling and round-trip shipping costs.

General Information
Please ensure your order is correct. Once an order is received, changes or cancellations cannot be made. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse to accept the package due to customs, the order will be disposed of by customs, and no refund will be issued by BILY. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address; otherwise, the order will not be shipped. Gift card purchases do not count towards free shipping eligibility. To qualify for free shipping, the purchase amount for physical products must exceed the thresholds for each country, excluding gift cards. Due to our fast processing, we are unable to consolidate orders for shipping.
